This update doesn't have much new content (a few new perks) but it's a pretty significant polishing update with big changes to balance, graphics, and usability. As always any feedback is appreciated. I'm excited to get this update out, and I'm pumped to start working on next update, which will be a content update. Cheers

  - Re-did almost all perks (including replacing some and adding a few)
  - Added 'Upgrade Points' which can be earned by performing combos and surviving nights
  - Buildings are now unlocked permanently by purchasing them with Upgrade Points
  - You can also use space bar to reload now
  - Added Options menu (lists controls, allows enabling/disabling tips, clearing personal data)
  - Added confirmation dialogs and other UI changes
  - Added some tips for new players (can be disabled in Options)
  - Changes to enemy and player speeds
  - Tweaked collision boxes
  - Bug fixes
